If you are excited about the intersection of technology and sports, we invite you to apply and become a part of our dynamic team.

Skills That Travel Well Across Our Roles

Whatever the job title, the people who do well here tend to share a few habits. They are comfortable working where media meets infrastructure, curious about how a stream actually reaches a viewer, and able to explain technical ideas in plain language. The notes below describe what each open role usually involves day to day, so you can judge where your experience fits best.

What the work looks like

  • Content Strategist: plans coverage around seasons and schedules, works out which stories need video, which need data and which need a short written brief, and keeps a consistent voice across formats.
  • Data Analyst: cleans and checks scores and statistics feeds, looks for gaps or delays in real-time data, and turns viewing patterns into clear recommendations rather than dashboards nobody reads.
  • Software Developer: builds and maintains the services behind live and on-demand playback, with attention to latency, caching, monitoring and graceful failure when traffic spikes on a big game night.
  • Marketing Specialist: connects the platform with schools, leagues and fans, tests messages carefully, and respects audiences that often include students and families.

Preparing a strong application

Specific examples help more than long lists of tools. If you have debugged a slow network path, reconciled two conflicting data sources or shipped a feature under deadline, describe what you did and what changed as a result. Portfolios, code samples or writing samples are welcome where relevant, but avoid sharing anything confidential from a past employer.

Before applying, it is worth reading our research notes and the network overview; they give a good sense of the problems we think about and the level of detail we value. Questions about a role can go through the contact page. Role availability changes over time, so please confirm a position is still open when you get in touch.
